I ask because I have a similarly marked Orange Squeezer. He also knows Skunk Baxter as this man is in the defense biz and Jeff B is a consultant and comes to DC often. It's just plain 'Armstrong' rather than 'Dan Armstrong' and made in the UK. Irrelevant Sidebar Story: I was at a Ventures concert in Alexandria, VA a few years ago, I was there as a guest of a friend having a Birthday Party at the show. Jay Graydon emailed me and told me that he played the solo in PEG by Steely Dan with the orange squeezer. "The Boston Rag" has some very cool distorted guitar tones on it- that song has always intrigued me. The Dan Armstrong Orange Squeezer (OS) is legendary for its smooth compression and 'squashing' tone as used on many Steely Dan (My Old School by Jeff Baxter etc), Doobie Brothers, Dire Straits (Sultans Of Swing), and other classic albums.
